Hey All,
My name is Danielle , for those of you who don't know me , and I really love to cook. I've been cooking almost everyday for about 3 years now and since a lot of people have asked me for recipes or to cook for them I decided to make this blog. I cook mostly healthy food but I will also post some things that are just plain tasty. You just have to cheat on that diet sometimes ; ) I hope this will be fun for all of us.
And now, on to my "mission statement".
Some of the recipes will be easy , others not so much , but they are all tasty and tested and ready to share. I do tend to use a lot of garlic and other strong spices because I really enjoy
them , but others may not. If you come across any spices or ingredients
that you think will be too heavy for you , feel free to adjust them to
your own personal taste. Cooking is about enjoyment , not following all
the rules.
Also , some of these recipes will not be original ones , but they will have my stamp of approval and I will tell you which person/blogger that I got the recipe from. If I have made any tweaks that I believe made a significant alteration to the recipe I will also post a link to the location of the original recipe.
I will make an effort to post a recipe at least once a week , so leave me comments on the post to tell me how your effort came out , any changes you made (and why) , and what you think of it.
